Working Fire Pizza is a mobile pizza kitchen, delivering fresh artisan style pizza cooked in our mobile oak & hickory wood fired brick oven. Yes, you read that correctly. A mobile wood fired brick oven that travels to cater pizza at public and private events. We bring the whole kitchen; refrigeration unit, prep area, and a 800 degree OVEN.
All of our products are locally sourced and hand selected in order for us to provide the best quality pizza possible. The secret to our success is the crust! We hand toss and brick fire the dough creating a light, crisp, thin crust pizza. We believe this amazing crust matched with our robust pizza sauce and blend of four cheeses are the perfect foundation for a truly amazing pie. All of our toppings have been painstakingly selected to create an unbelievable pizza. Yes, pizza is hard work, but someone has to do it.
Just so happens pizza is a natural with wine and thats just fine with us. We will hopefully see you at Sugar Creek Winery soon!

Scott Laytham’s skills as a musician, arranger, and composer, are well known in the St. Louis area. Besides his live performances, Scott has also produced music for both local and national radio and television ads. Scott has created original soundtracks for many video games, IMAX productions, and planetarium star shows. For the live shows Scott has his hands full. He not only plays keys, guitar, and sings, but also runs the light show and sound system as well. Talk about multi-tasking! Karl “Trickee” Holmes is one of the best vocal impressionist in the country. Karl can sound like any singer you can imagine. His rare ability allows him to sing songs by almost any artist and sound just like them. Some of his impressions include Louis Armstrong, Al Green, Ray Charles, Barry White, Michael Jackson, Prince, Shaggy, Marvin Gaye, Nat King Cole, Elvis, Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones, Johnny Mathis, Alan Jackson, and The Temptations. (He performs all five Temptations voices by himself). You must see it, and hear it, to believe it!
