Parties & Events at Sugar Creek

Hilltop Venue: fully enclosed, temperature-controlled, seats up to 200+ guests, and features a stunning view of the Missouri River Valley. This four-seasons space also includes a bar and beautiful stone fireplace for the cooler months. This space also includes close access to luxury trailer bathrooms for an additional fee of $250.
Vineyard View Pavilion: holds 50-70 guests and features two built-in private restrooms, ceiling fans, and lights for more intimate gatherings. This covered outdoor space offers rustic charm and beautiful views of the vineyard, making it a great fit for birthdays, showers, casual celebrations, and smaller group events.

We offer water, tea, and lemonade service for a flat fee of $25. For alcoholic options, we’ll work with you in advance to determine which selections you’d like to offer your guests - whether it’s wine, beer, vodka, brandy, or soda. Throughout the event, we track consumption based on your selected options, and a grand total is reviewed at the end of the party.
Guests may also go inside the tasting room bar to purchase additional beverages outside of what’s being served at your event.
Whether you prefer to have a Sugar Creek bartender or a self-serve setup, all beverages are monitored and replenished as needed to keep your party well-stocked.

Cups are provided with all rentals (glasses provided with Sugar Creek bartender).
Plates, utensils, and serving ware are not provided and should be brought by your party.
You may arrive one hour before opening to set up your space.
We welcome outside food and catering, though outside beverages of any kind are not allowed.
